Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Items will be sent out within three working days from receiving payment. You will be emailed a tracking number and notified of the delivery date at the time of purchase.

Please note that certain items may take longer. Every effort is made to deliver your purchase as swiftly as possible. Some bespoke items may take up to six weeks to complete.



Online purchases:

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase.

However, we do not accept returns, but you can exchange jewellery or watch for something else from our offer. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the orders we made to request, including bespoke designs and personalised items such as engravings or after-size changes (unless they are faulty).

To request a refund, you must notify us by email that you wish to return the item. The refund will be authorised once qualified diamond graders have completed their examination. All items are verified. Any returned item (diamond, coloured gemstone or piece of jewellery) must be the same piece and in the same condition as the one sent to you. If we receive them in different situations, we will return them to you.

We recommend you use a special delivery service for your protection. We do not take responsibility for postage fees or any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. Items must be in their original packaging.

A refund will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. Refunds can only be processed to the original Credit Card used.


Store purchases:

Items purchased in store will be subject to exchange only within 14 days from the day of purchase provided that the items are returned in their original condition and with proof of purchase. We regret that we can not offer exchanges on any goods that are bespoke or clearly personalised unless they are faulty.
