We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If you have any queries please email us at or call us directly on 020 8530 0382.

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Items from stock will be sent out within three days from receiving the payment and you will be emailed the tracking number so you can check the progress of your order.

Please note that certain products may take longer. You will be notified of the delivery date at the time your order is confirmed. Every effort is made to deliver your purchase as swiftly as possible but please bear in mind that some items are individually crafted to your requirements which may take up to six weeks.




Online purchases:

We are confident you will be delighted with your online purchase.

However, you do have the option to return items purchased online to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange if you decide something is not right for you or the goods are faulty. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that are made to your specification (bespoke designs) or clearly personalised (engraved items) unless they are faulty.

In order to request a refund you must notify us by email that you wish to return the item before goods are sent. The refund will only be authorised once our qualified diamond graders have completed an examination and verified that the returned diamond or item of jewellery is the same piece and in the same condition as the one sent to you. If it is not, the item will be returned to you.

We recommend you use a Special Delivery service for your own protection. We do not take responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. Items must be in their original packaging if returned to us.

A refund will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving the goods and only to the original credit card used to pay for the item.


Store purchases:

Items purchased in one of our Boutiques will be subject to exchange only within 14 days from the day of purchase provided that the items are returned in their original condition and with a proof of purchase. We regret that we cannot offer exchanges on any goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised unless they are faulty.

All photographs on this website are samples of our products, items once made may vary slightly as they are handmade and incorporate natural stones.
