How to pay

Payment for goods purchased through this website can be made by secure service and using all major credit cards or paypal. There is NO MINIMUM order value for UK customers. All prices on this website are shown in £GB Pounds Sterling.

Orders greater than £8,000.00 will be confirmed via phone or email with a member of our team.



UK – We offer free delivery on all our items.

Items up to the value of £8,000.00 are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service guarantees next day delivery before 1pm. Please note YOU will be required to sign for it. If you will not be able to receive it in person, you will need to notify us in writing to authorize another person. It is important that the delivery address is secure and that an authorised person is available to sign on your behalf. It is also important to check that the parcel is intact before you sign for it. If your parcel is signed for by someone who is not authorized to do so, we cannot be held responsible in any way.

If paying by credit or debit card, we will send the order to the address which the card is registered to. If paying with PayPal the item is sent to the address accredited to the PayPal account.


Delivery Times

Almost all our pieces of jewellery are made to order, thus we usually quote a delivery time of 2 to 6 weeks, although in practice most items are dispatched between 10 and 15 working days. If you require the jewellery sooner or need it for a special occasion, then please contact us and we will always do our utmost to meet your requirements.

The process of production of bespoke items starts after the payment clears on the Martin Oliva account. Note that delivery time is not included in the production time. Production time lasts up to six weeks, and when completed the item is dispatched.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. We will stay in touch with you throughout the entire process to ensure that you are satisfied and well informed.

Please note that whilst we strive to keep all prices accurate and up to date, some unexpected fluctuations in the diamond trading markets and precious metal markets may occur, therefore all prices and diamond specifications are subject to availability.

For security reasons ordered jewellery items will be sent in one parcel. On the following day we will dispatch another parcel with the insurance valuation, receipt and diamond certificate (when applicable).

Europe and all other countries:

For goods shipped outside of the UK, you will be liable for any local or import taxes or relevant charges related to your purchase. You may receive a separate invoice from our shipper with these additional customs charges. We do not take any responsibility for the time of shipment if the item was kept in the customs office for any reason.


Bespoke Items

When ordering a special custom-made item online, we require a written detailed description of the product you expect to receive: containing size, dimensions, length, weight, metal, stones or any other personalized requirements. The order will be designed and produced according to the written details. CAD drawings will be provided to allow you visualization of the piece if required.



Whenever possible, our jewellery is delivered in discreet packaging, without any external markings indicating what is inside. However, international orders that cross country borders, must comply with local rules regarding declaration of value. The actual jewellery piece is presented in a luxurious gift box with a protective outer packaging.


Return Policy

Please note we do not accept returns on orders placed outside the United Kingdom or if the item is bespoke made.

Any jewellery from Martin Oliva stock, once ordered, can be returned unworn within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund. We will not accept returns of any items that have been worn. Please return goods wrapped in their original packaging.

In the UK all jewellery must be returned using fully tracked Registered Post. The Customer is responsible for sending the item via recorded delivery, the signature of Martin Oliva or a team member is required as proof of delivery. Refunds are processed once the goods safely arrive back to our premises.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of returned items and will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account. The delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded.


Faulty Items

Faulty Items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items will be inspected and if deemed to be subject to fair wear will not be accepted as faulty.
Where possible items may be repaired, but only where such items are deemed faulty or repairable.
We offer a repair service, where repair is possible.

If the goods are found to have been damaged due to neglect or misuse refunds cannot be given, and the cost of returning goods to the customer will be charged to the customer.

If you believe you have made an error, no longer want the items ordered and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.


Exchanges Only for Stocked Jewellery

If your item is not subject to a refund we can sometimes offer an exchange. Exchanges are possible but under certain circumstances, therefore please contact us on to find out more if an exchange is possible.

We are unable to exchange bespoke, altered, or personalised jewellery.



Whether or not you can cancel your order depends on how advanced the stage of the order is. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel, to discuss it.

Bespoke orders: once the production starts, they can not be cancelled.

Changes to Terms & Conditions for buying goods online

All descriptions are as accurate and up to date as possible but can be subject to change without notice due to alterations in specification by our suppliers etc. Any change in specification will be updated on the site as soon as possible. All weights and measurements are approximate and shown as a rough guide only. Prices can be subject to change with significant movement in the precious metal markets or price increases by our suppliers. In the unlikely event of a change in product price we will notify the customer before an order is dispatched and give the customer the option to cancel the order. We reserve the right to supply substitute goods of a similar type and value if a product is out of stock or no longer available.

Images may not be displayed as actual size. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are taken at their widest points and included for guidance only.
