A straight band rarely sits flush against a low set engagement ring. We can shape one to follow its contour so the two sit together without a gap. Bring your engagement ring to a consultation and we will take the measurements we need, talk through the design, and price it around the metal and detail you choose.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my own gold in a bespoke wedding ring?
Yes. We can melt down heirloom gold or reset stones from a piece you already own. What it costs depends on how much of your metal is usable and how much new gold the design needs, so we weigh and assess it at your consultation and quote from there.
How does the bespoke process work?
It starts with a consultation, in the studio or online. We talk through shape, metal, width and finish, agree the design and the price, then our London workshop makes the pair. Made to order pieces can take up to six weeks and we confirm the timeline before you commit.
What happens if my ring does not fit?
We size you at your appointment, so a poor fit is rare. If a finished band still needs adjusting we resize it where the design allows. Some settings and full eternity styles cannot be resized, and we tell you that before we start.
Can a wedding band be shaped to fit my engagement ring?
Yes. We can shape a band to follow the contour of your engagement ring so the two sit flush with no gap, which matters most with low set or wide shouldered rings. Bring the engagement ring to your appointment and we take the measurements we need.
Can I return or exchange a bespoke wedding ring?
Bespoke, engraved and resized pieces sit outside our change of mind returns because they are made to your specification. Anything faulty is covered. Our standard policy allows exchanges within fourteen days of receipt, and the full terms are on our delivery and returns page.
