Whenever possible, our jewellery is delivered in discreet packaging, without any external markings indicating what is inside. However, international orders that cross country borders must comply with local rules regarding the declaration of value. The actual jewellery piece is presented in a luxurious gift box with a protective outer packaging.

Quick Care Guide

Daily Dos & Don’ts

  • Put jewellery on after perfume, lotion and hair products.
  • Remove pieces before swimming, bathing, or going to the gym — chlorine, salt, and sweat accelerate tarnish.
  • In hot weather, wipe skin and jewellery often; moisture speeds up dulling.
  • Store items separately in soft pouches to avoid scratching.

At-Home Cleaning (once a month)

  1. Mix mild dish soap with lukewarm water.
  2. Soak pieces 5 min, brush gently with a soft toothbrush.
  3. Rinse in a plastic bowl of clean water; pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
  4. Finish with a silver/gold polishing cloth.
    Skip dips/chemicals on rhodium-plated, oxidised finishes, pearls or porous gems.

Gemstone & Diamond Tip
Warm running water is safest. Avoid hot/cold shocks and commercial cleaners that can pit stones or loosen settings.

Pro Service (yearly)
Bring items for a jeweller’s deep clean and inspection:

  • Ultrasonic + steam for diamonds
  • Hand/machine polish for metal renewal
  • Claw and setting integrity check

Exchanges & Returns

  • Change of mind: Exchange only (no refunds) within 14 days of receipt/in-store purchase
  • Exclusions: Bespoke, engraved, or resized items unless faulty
  • Condition: Must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Return shipping: Use Royal Mail Special Delivery; customer covers postage and insurance
  • Inspection: Our gem graders verify every return before approval
  • Refund processing: Up to 14 days; credited to the original payment card
