Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch New & Pre-loved Products orders within three working days. Items that we have physically in-store are also usually dispatched within three working days from receiving payment. If an item requires a longer processing time, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail’s Next Day before 1pm service. For international shipments, we use DHL. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us via email at studio@martinoliva.co.uk or on WhatsApp at +44 7565 455568.

Bespoke pieces can take up to six weeks to prepare. We will provide an expected dispatch date before the end of this period.
