1. Payment
- 
Payment can be made securely using all major credit/debit cards or PayPal.
 - 
There is no minimum order value for UK customers.
 - 
Orders above £8,000 will be confirmed via phone or email by a member of our team before processing.
 - 
All prices are displayed in £GBP (Pounds Sterling) and may be subject to market fluctuations in diamonds or precious metals.
 
2. Delivery
UK Delivery
- 
All UK orders receive free delivery.
 - 
Jewellery in stock and watches are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
 - 
Bespoke jewellery delivery is quoted at 2–8 weeks, with most items dispatched between 10–15 working days. Production begins after payment clears.
 - 
Orders up to £8,000 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next-day before 1 pm). You or an authorised person must sign for the parcel.
 - 
If someone else is signing on your behalf, you must notify us in writing. We cannot accept liability if the parcel is signed for by an unauthorised person.
 - 
For credit/debit card payments, items are sent to the card’s registered address. For PayPal, items are sent to the PayPal account address.
 
International Delivery
-

 - 
You are responsible for any local import taxes or charges. Customs delays are outside our control.
 - 
EU customers’ orders are fulfilled by our EU sister company; VAT is included at checkout, and no UK→EU customs are charged.
 
3. Bespoke Jewellery
- 
Custom-made orders require a detailed written description: size, dimensions, weight, metal, stones, and other requirements. CAD drawings can be provided for visualisation if requested.
 - 
No cooling-off period applies to bespoke jewellery, in compliance with UK law. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
 - 
If a bespoke item is faulty or damaged, you may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund after inspection. Items damaged due to neglect or misuse are not refundable, and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
 
4. Watches
- 
All watches purchased from us come with a 14-day cooling-off period. Watches must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for a full refund.
 - 
Watches come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Watches Produced from the 1980s and lower come with a 3-month warranty
 - 
The warranty may be voided if the watch is deliberately damaged by the customer.
 - 
Watches are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
 
5. Returns & Refunds
- 
Jewellery in stock can be returned unworn within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
 - 
Returned items must be in original packaging and sent via tracked Registered Post in the UK. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
 - 
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the items and credited to the original payment method.
 - 
Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
 
6. Faulty Items
- 
Faulty items are accepted only if damaged during delivery or due to manufacturing defects.
 - 
Items inspected and deemed damaged due to normal wear, neglect, or misuse are not accepted as faulty.
 - 
Repairs are offered where possible. Return shipping costs for repairs caused by misuse will be charged to the customer.
 
7. Exchanges
- 
Exchanges are possible only for in-stock jewellery and under certain conditions.
 - 
Bespoke, altered, or personalised jewellery cannot be exchanged.
 
8. Cancelling Orders
- 
Bespoke orders: cannot be cancelled once production starts.
 - 
Stock orders: contact us immediately to discuss cancellation; approval depends on the order stage.
 
9. Packaging
- 
All jewellery and watches are delivered in discreet packaging, with no markings indicating contents.
 - 
International orders must comply with local customs declaration requirements.
